Once development begins, refunds are generally not offered, as significant time and resources are invested from the start.
If a project is canceled before development begins, we may offer a partial refund, after deducting any costs already incurred such as planning or initial consultations.
In rare cases, if we’re unable to deliver on the agreed-upon scope without a valid reason, a prorated refund may be considered based on the completed work.
For projects divided into clear phases or deliverables:
Suppose a specific milestone isn’t completed as outlined in the agreement. In that case, you may be eligible for a refund for that particular milestone, provided the delay or issue is on our side.
We offer monthly and annual plans for our software products and tools.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel within 7 days after your renewal date, we’ll issue a refund for the unused portion of the service (future months only).
Partial months already used are non-refundable.
One-time software licenses are typically non-refundable unless the product is defective or doesn’t perform as described.
You may cancel your support or maintenance plan, and we’ll provide a prorated refund for any unused months.
However, services already delivered cannot be refunded.
Some situations do not qualify for a refund:
Completed consulting or discovery sessions
Customizations or third-party integrations that have already been implemented
Any project or service where work has already started, unless we fail to meet our contractual obligations
